By engaging with HDesign for digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before the commencement of any digital marketing services. Payment must be made via the agreed-upon method as outlined in the invoice provided by HDesign.
Payment Due Date:
Any payment not made within 48 hours of the required timeframe will be subject to additional charges.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided once digital marketing services have commenced. Any payment not received within 48 hours of the required timeframe will be subject to additional charges.
48hr Edit Policy:
HDesign offers a 48hr window for edits or revisions following the publication of digital marketing materials. Any requested edits or revisions must be communicated within this timeframe.
Ownership and Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of digital marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, graphics, and content, will transfer to the client. HDesign retains the right to use examples of completed work for promotional purposes.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the agreement for digital marketing services with a written notice provided 30 days in advance. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due and payable.
Limitation of Liability:
HDesign shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital marketing services provided. In no event shall HDesign be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

Hosting Requirement:
Websites designed by HDesign must be hosted on our servers.
Hosting Plans:
Hosting fees are to be paid on a yearly basis.
Buyout Clause:
If you choose to host your website elsewhere, a buyout clause of £100 must be paid.

We may collect personal information from you when you provide it to us voluntarily, such as when you fill out a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide to us.
