By engaging with HDesign for digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before the commencement of any digital marketing services. Payment must be made via the agreed-upon method as outlined in the invoice provided by HDesign.

2. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be provided once digital marketing services have commenced. Any payment not received within 48 hours of the required timeframe will be subject to additional charges.

3. 30-Day Edit Policy:

HDesign offers a 30-day window for edits or revisions following the publication of digital marketing materials. Any requested edits or revisions must be communicated within this timeframe.

4. Website Hosting:

Websites developed by HDesign must be hosted on our servers. Failure to host the website with HDesign will result in a buyout clause, wherein the client must pay 5% of the total amount paid for website design. Hosting fees are due on a yearly basis, payable in advance.

5. Ownership and Rights:

Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of digital marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, graphics, and content, will transfer to the client. HDesign retains the right to use examples of completed work for promotional purposes.

6. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the agreement for digital marketing services with a written notice provided 30 days in advance. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due and payable.

7. Limitation of Liability:

HDesign shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital marketing services provided. In no event shall HDesign be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

9. 10-Day Edit Policy:

After your project has been published, you are entitled to 10 days of complimentary edits. Any additional edits may incur additional charges.

10. Hosting Requirement:

Websites designed by HDesign must be hosted on our servers or If you choose to host your website elsewhere, a buyout clause of 5% of the total amount paid for designing the website will apply.

11. Yearly Hosting Payment:

Hosting fees are to be paid on a yearly basis.

12. Payment Due Date:

Any payment not made within 48 hours of the required timeframe will be subject to additional charges.
